The Ryou Forest makes up almost all of Hokage Clan's territory. It is mostly a dense forest, though parts of it spread out into clearings and open woodland. Many of the trees are pine, but many other trees are not uncommon, especially near rivers.
Kashi Grove is a grove of oak trees that were first planted here one hundred years ago, about ten years before all of the humans in the city packed up and left. The oaks are towering giants that loom over a clear space of land. Most of the ground has no sort of undergrowth, so prey is fairly scarce here, unless you like hunting squirrels and birds.
At one point Ryou Forest thins out and then becomes a large area of rocky land. The land is covered in large boulders, which is why it came to be called the Rock Gardens. It is completely free of trees, though bushes and tall grasses often grown among the rocks.
